We are always updating our Help Desk Customer Support Documentation.

The Help Desk install process (install.php) outputs a configuration file called config.php. This file is critical to your Help Desk software functioning properly. If it was not outputted you will have to manually create it. The file should be named config.php and contain the information shown below.
