1. Settings in Control Panel will remember there last settings. Bug Fix
2. Deleting a ticket will delete associate resolutoins. Bug Fix
3. Search for tickets based on IP address also. New

5. Prevent users from creating blank passwords Bug Fix
6. Allow email to be sent (option) for new resolutions to a call. See Control Panel New
7. When you select plain text, it sends "Pain Text" Bug Fix.

Version 3.2.9 eliminates the session register funtion, so that "with luck" people who cannot turn globals ON, in their php configuration file can still use the help desk. Also this version Added the ability to use Plain Text or HTML for trouble ticket email. Also added the ability to turn of the priority graphics. |

HMmmm. Didnt update the version number in the readme file. The files are the most up to date, however. Thanks for pointing that out. Will try not to let it happen again. |
